Dozens of households in Bidara Cina, Jatinegara, East Jakarta who affected the KBT-Ciliwung waterway construction are undergoing the flat raffling phase.

They can directly stay after getting the key

Residents of RW 04, 05 and 14 who have registered should attach population documents requirement. Afterwards, they required to sign the statement that saying they are ready to occupy the flat at the latest 14 days after receiving the flat key.

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana acknowledged about 73 plots will receive the flat key, where it is prioritized to plot owners. As for the other owners, will be considered to occupy the unit in the next phase.

“In fact, there is another family living in one plot. The plot is currently being calculated,” he stated, Friday (10/2).

In the raffling phase, the priority is for elderly. They automatically get one unit in the ground floor without any raffling phase.

“ They can directly stay after getting the key . Later on, Satpol PP will assist them,” he finished.
